1. 报价以新币为单位 All quoted prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. 价格无消费税 Prices None 9% of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. 车辆服务费用核算：普通时间+繁忙时段+半夜时段
   繁忙时段Peakhour(0700-0900/1700-1930) 半夜时段Midnight(2200-0659)
   包车时行李在车上，将会征收行李费
   If you leave your luggage on board when you charter a car, a luggage fee will be Charged
   23Str/45Str/49str巴士:
   接机按照飞机抵达90分钟后计算,超时费用算多一趟。接机等候时间超过120分钟后，按照接机1趟+包车计算(至少4小时)/酒店送机等候时间超过30分钟,超时费用算多一趟。
   23-Seater / 45-Seater / 49-Seater Buses: For hotel drop-off or one-way transfers, waiting time charges apply after 30 minutes. For airport pickups, waiting time charges begin 90 minutes after the flight’s arrival. If the arrival waiting time exceeds 120 minutes, the fee will be charged as one additional transfer plus a minimum 4-hour charter fee.
4. 包车:
   1. 包车按照订单的时间计算。如果早结束，也是按照订单时间计算;如有超时，超时另算。The charter is calculated according to the order time. If it ends early, it is also calculated according to the order time; if there is an overtime, the overtime will be calculated separately
   2. 接机包车按照飞机抵达时间30分钟后算起。The pick-up charter service starts 30 minutes after the arrival time of the aircraft.
5. 7座艾尔法/13座豪华小巴 超时费：
   酒店送机及单趟, 等候时间超过15分钟; 每多15分钟则多增超时费$20
   接机按照飞机抵达60分钟后计算,超时费每多15分钟则多增超时费$20
   For hotel drop-offs and single-trip flights, if the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, an additional $20 fee will be added for every 15 minutes.
   Airport pickups will be calculated 60 minutes after the flight arrives, and an additional $20 fee will be added for every 15 minutes of delay.
   23Str/45Str/49str巴士超时费:
   酒店送机及单趟, 等候时间超过30分钟;
   接机按照飞机抵达90分钟后计算,超时费用算多一趟。接机等候时间超过120分钟后，按照接机1趟+包车计算(至少4小时)
   23-Seater / 45-Seater / 49-Seater Buses:

6. 加点服务: $30/$50(midnight /半夜）(距离5公里并15之内上下车)
   Additional pickup point services can be arranged for locations within a 5km radius, with a maximum boarding or alighting time of 15 minutes. Additional $30/point, midnight $50/point.
7. 巴士司机机场举牌接团:司机服务费$20.
   For coach airport pickups, where the coach driver provides group identification signage, an additional service fee of SGD 20 will apply.
8. 取消用车服务的规定：
   24小时之内取消，收取全额车费；24小时之前取消收取一半的车费。
   For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled coach service, the full fare will be charged.
   For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, 50% of fare will be charged.
9. 付款方式：
   团队确认单确认回执后，请安排付款。本公司收到团款后，才可以进行操作。如未收到款项而照成的所有损失，本公司概不负责！
   Please arrange payment after receiving the confirmation of the team confirmation. The company can only proceed after receiving the group payment.
   The company is not responsible for any losses caused by failure to receive the payment!
10. 合约时限截止于 31/12/2026.
    Validity of Agreement: The terms and conditions outlined herein are valid until December 31, 2026.
